Difficult digestion or menstrual symptoms affect more than the body…your energy, relationships, and mind pay a price, too.
I connect the dots and teach you a complete system for resolving symptoms and enjoying life.
When things keep showing up
Some health challenges don’t seem to ever fully resolve. Disruptive menstruation, sensitive digestion, unpredictable and embarrassing skin issues, or a general sense of not feeling at home in your body…
Sometimes they improve for a while, but the same patterns return in a different form. It feels confusing.
Why is this happening?
Through the lens of Ayurveda, we see how these experiences aren’t isolated events or random. There’s a clear cause and pattern that led to this point.
We start to make sense of it all
In sessions with me, we discuss a wide range of topics. Our conversations often move between health, digestion, menstrual patterns, stress, relationships, work, and mindset.
We don’t stay at the surface level of symptoms. Instead, we explore what’s actually contributing to the patterns you’re noticing, and how different areas of your life connect.
Nothing is off-limits if it’s relevant to your experience. And as a result, sessions are enlightening, clarifying, and often surprisingly relieving.
Your life, your moods, and your experience makes sense in a way it hasn’t before. But it’s not an intellectual exercise or something we “just talk” about.
Again and again, we bring it back to what you’re going to do with this information, and what you can do to actually create change for your body and life in a practical, sustainable way.
Core beliefs that underly my work:
Menstruation is a gift. It can be supportive and even steadying, rather than something to endure or manage.
𖤓
PMS and menopause symptoms are common, but they’re not a given. They reflect underlying imbalances that can be resolved.
𖤓
Stress (both mental and physical) is the number one cause of menstrual and digestive disturbances. It’s often affecting us in ways that aren’t immediately obvious in day-to-day life.
𖤓
Negative messages and beliefs we carry about being a woman impact our physiology, energy, and emotional well-being. Clearing these beliefs bring healing to body and mind.
𖤓
What you do each day matters. Food, routine, sleep, and how you manage your energy are the foundational pillars of health.
When we understand health through this lens, change becomes less about effort and more about aligning ourselves with the rhythms and possibilities of nature.
What begins to change
When underlying patterns make sense, your experience of your body and life shifts in subtle but meaningful ways.
You begin to notice how:
Symptoms feel less confusing.
Decisions around food, rest, and routine are clearer and more intuitive.
Your experiences feel connected instead of separate or random.
There’s a sense of relief and power in recognizing your ability to shift your experience.
You feel more at home in your body, trusting the flow of life.
You’re not the only one
I’ve worked with people navigating a wide range of situations, from endometriosis and IBS to burnout and relationship failures. Some have small nagging symptoms and others have decades-old diagnoses. Many of them feel stuck in repeating life patterns.
As we discuss physical symptoms, emotional patterns, lifestyle, relationships, and mindset, I bring together a broad understanding of Western and Eastern physiology, psychology, behavior change theory, and spirituality with intuition, clarity and deep listening to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface.
Clients describe the experience of working with me as practical and profound. We cover important, life-changing topics in a way that’s approachable and actionable.
There’s also usually a bit of humor in the room. It’s serious work, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy.
