Tracking ovulation isn't just for getting pregnant Tracking ovulation isn't just for getting pregnant.

Tracking ovulation also tells you about your state of health, when you'll get your next period, AND how to adjust your diet and daily routines to reduce PMS symptoms.

Do you know when you ovulate?🤔

Three ways to find out:
1️⃣Take your temperature every morning in bed with a basal body thermometer. Your temperature rises after ovulation occurs.
2️⃣Track your cervical mucus by noticing the residue on toilet paper after you wipe. Your cervical mucus will get clear, more abundant, and stretchy like raw egg whites before/during ovulation.
3️⃣Take ovulation tests, which measure hormones that rise before ovulation.

Here's my favorite method:
Cervical mucus. 🐣

Here's why:
⭐️no fancy equipment required
⭐️only takes 5 seconds every time you use the bathroom
⭐️easier to see changes occur, so you don't accidentally miss the ovulation window
⭐️more reliable, particularly for women with kids or excess vāta dosha

The fear, tension, pain cycle.

Here's how the fear, tension, pain cycle works: 
Fear causes tension in the muscles, which leads to more pain, which causes more fear, and the cycle continues. 

 In order to exit the fear, tension, pain cycle, we need to be present for and LOVE the moments of relief between period cramps (instead of anticipating the next cramp). 

Knowing about the fear, tension, pain cycle doesn't get rid of all period cramps, but it prevents us for inadvertently making those cramps worse.
