Springtime Kapha Balancing Tea

This blend of herbs and spices is simple and perfect for Spring time!

-1 tsp dried nettle leaf
-1-2 slices fresh ginger
-1/2 cinnamon stick

Pour boiling water over this blend and steep for 5-7 minutes. It tastes beautiful as is, or you can put in a little honey if you need some extra sweetness.

Nettle is bitter and astringent, provides vitamins A, C, and K, and can help ease spring allergy symptoms.

Ginger provides warmth and heat, plus some healthy antioxidants.

Cinnamon supports healthy blood sugar and can also help break up excess mucus that comes with kapha.

Sip on a cup of this tea for a healthy Spring!
