Wake Up and Flow Virtual Yoga Series
Cultivate self-love with this 3-part Yoga series.
These classes incorporate gentle movements, breathing exercises, and guided meditation to wake up the body and mind. There will always be options for beginners and more experienced practitioners.
This series of 3 classes are focused on cultivating self-love. We’ll explore how self-knowledge and self-acceptance are necessary to generate deep, lasting self-love. Physically, our movements will be leading us towards wheel pose.
You can receive the class recordings, or join us live on Mondays, 8:30-9:00am ET on January 30th, February 6th, and February 13th.
5% of all proceeds will be donated to CGOU, whose overall mission is creating opportunities for underprivileged people through education and empowerment. Much of their work is based in Baroda, India, where they supply sustenance, education, and resources to low-income children through Mahavir Foundation Trust Vadodara Chapter.
I recommend having a blanket or towel and at least 2 Yoga blocks (you could use big books, sturdy cushions, or cans of tomatoes instead of the blocks). Optional: a Yoga bolster (or large pillow/couch cushion) and a Yoga strap (or belt/tie).
