Yin Yoga Series
This 3-part Yin Yoga series will focus on the 3 shaktis, or powers, that all humans have: the power to desire, think, and do.
Join class live on Thursdays, 7:15-8:00pm ET on March 2nd, 9th, and 23rd. You’ll also receive class recordings, available until April 15th, 2023.
Charitable Giving:
5% of all proceeds will be donated to CGOU, whose overall mission is creating opportunities for underprivileged people through education and empowerment. Much of their work is based in Baroda, India, where they supply sustenance, education, and resources to low-income children through Mahavir Foundation Trust Vadodara Chapter.
Recommended Props:
I recommend having a blanket or towel and at least 2 Yoga blocks (you could use big books, sturdy cushions, or cans of tomatoes instead of the blocks). Optional: a Yoga bolster (or large pillow/couch cushion) and a Yoga strap (or belt/tie).

About Yin Yoga:
In Yin Yoga, we hold restful shapes for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the muscles to relax and gain access to the deeper connective tissues of the body. This class isn’t necessarily easy – there can be deep sensation from staying in a pose for an extended period of time. But through the concentration on the breath and presence in your body, you’ll find a deep energetic release through this class. It’s perfect before bed and any time you’ want to better connect with your body.
