Virtual Ghee-Making Get Together
In Āyurveda, ghee is considered a sacred substance. It can be used to heal the digestive tract, support the release of toxins from the body, support skin health and healing, lubricate the eyes, and more. In this virtual workshop, you’ll learn how easy it is to make ghee at home – we’ll all be making the ghee together! You’ll get to ask questions and receive feedback on your ghee-making process. I’ll also share some of my favorite ways to utilize ghee for health and vitality.
When/Where:
Sunday February 26th 1-2:45pm ET on Zoom. You’ll receive the Zoom link the morning of the workshop.
What We’ll Do:
In this workshop, we’ll talk about why making ghee is so beneficial to your health as well as how you can make it at home for optimal health benefits. You’ll get to actually practice making ghee, so you can be sure that you’re doing it correctly and ask any questions that you have. You’ll walk away from this workshop with confidence in your ghee-making process and a set of recipes for using your homemade ghee.

Anyone who’s interested in the benefits of ghee and would like to start making it at home.
What You’ll Need:
- 4 sticks of organic, unsalted butter
- sauce pan
- stove
- a mesh strainer or cheese cloth
- clean jar and lid
