Spring Cleaning for Body and Mind
Spring is a time to clean out the closets, both literally and metaphorically. As we emerge from the dark and cold winter, we have the opportunity to create new rituals and routines that help us feel more balanced, healthy, and joyful. Ayurveda offers many cleansing and clearing rituals that are easy to incorporate and will support a healthier body and mind.
Sunday April 23rd 1-2:45pm ET on Zoom. You’ll receive the Zoom link the morning of the workshop.
What We’ll Do:
We’ll explore simple Ayurvedic self-care rituals that help you to generate more energy and health in your body and mind. With breathing practices, self-massage, recipes, and energetic clearing practices, you’ll find you have more energy, stamina, and enjoyment this season. We’ll also move through a Yoga practice to help clear stagnant energy.

Anyone who wants to feel bright, clean, and healthy this Spring.
What You’ll Need:
- A journal and pen
- Comfortable clothes to practice yoga
- A mug of ginger tea or your favorite beverage.
