Self-Care Session @ Vital Roots
Prioritize yourself in 2023 by starting the year off with our nourishing self-care session.
In this 90-minute experience, we’ll be creating simple vision boards for 2023, practicing gentle Yoga, sipping on tea, and enjoying mindful community.
Dr. Sam Attard, an Āyurvedic Health Counselor and Yoga Instructor, will be leading us through these practices to support a balanced, nourished start to the year.
You’ll walk away from this evening feeling nourished, refreshed, and restored.
a Yoga mat and 1-2 towels or blankets for our gentle Yin Yoga practice. In Yin Yoga, we hold restful shapes for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the muscles to relax and gain access to the deeper connective tissues of the body. Through the concentration on the breath and presence in your body, you’ll find a deep energetic release through this class. Beginners are welcome!

Our theme this month is self-love, and we’ll be exploring paths to self-acceptance and love while making heart maps.
5% of all proceeds will be donated to CGOU, whose overall mission is creating opportunities for underprivileged people through education and empowerment. Much of their work is based in Baroda, India, where they supply sustenance, education, and resources to low-income children through Mahavir Foundation Trust Vadodara Chapter.
