Happy Hormones Cooking Class: Vitality Boosting with Ghee

In Āyurveda, ghee is considered a sacred substance. It can be used to heal the digestive tract, support the release of toxins from the body, support skin health and healing, lubricate the eyes, and more. Ghee is particularly nourishing and healing during the pre-menstrual and menstrual phases of our cycle, when we tend to feel more depleted and dry.

In this virtual workshop, you’ll learn how easy it is to make ghee at home by actually making it all together. You’ll get to ask questions and receive feedback on your ghee-making process, while I share about how our lifestyle, emotions, and energy relate to hormonal balance. You’ll learn key ways to support pain-free menstruation and reduced PMS symptoms.

About your guide:
