Build a Balanced Bowl Virtual Workshop
Getting a healthy meal on the table isn’t a simple task. Between planning what to cook, getting the ingredients, and making the time to cook it, it can get overwhelming. Even if you do all of those things, it’s not guaranteed that the meal is healthy or delicious (and hopefully both!). Instead, you might find yourself ordering out more than you want to, or sticking with the same meals again and again, though you don’t love them.
Luckily, cooking is a skill that can be taught and learned. It’s possible to gain confidence in the kitchen, build your recipe repertoire, and know what you need in order to make a balanced meal. So let’s get in the kitchen and do it!
Join me for Build a Balanced Bowl, the live virtual cooking and meal planning class for busy people who want to learn how to plan and cook a healthy, delicious, and balanced meal.
In this 75 minute virtual workshop, you’ll learn how to build an Āyurvedically balanced meal, including tips for purchasing and cooking delicious food, while making a balanced dinner with Sam!
“I would absolutely recommend this workshop to a friend! It was so fun.”

About your guide:
I’m Sam, I’m an Āyurvedic Health Counselor, nutrition PhD, and mom who cooks over 880 fresh meals each year for my family. I’ve led dozens of groups through cooking workshops, and teach people how to develop home-cooking skills – from how to cook the perfect beans to how to meal plan and prep when you have a busy schedule. I’ve learned a powerful formula for balanced, Āyurvedic cooking from my teachers, and I’m excited to share it with you, so that each meal you make can be nourishing, satisfying, and delicious.
“It is very useful to make it together so that Sam can correct your technique.”
