In honor of my impending travels to Europe, I wanted to share my favorite yoga routine to do when traveling. Travel can aggravate Vata dosha – the wind and air energy, causing us to feel overwhelmed and unfocused. This set of sun salutations will put you in a grounded rhythm to help you feel like home, no matter where you roam.
Even if you’re at your house, this routine is the perfect “get up a go” yoga sequence to get your heart rate pumping and help you feel the power of your breath.
