Recipes for Fall Balance Masterclass
Welcome to a Fall season like no other. In Ayurveda, Fall is already a vulnerable time. As the weather gets colder, we have more immune system issues. As we take on more projects with “back to school” zeal, we get overwhelmed and overtaxed. And there is the impending holiday season, which can come with fears of family drama or disturbed routines. All of these issues are only amplified this year, with the unknowns about pandemic, quarantine, and the upcoming election. Luckily, Ayurveda provides clear guidelines on how to balance your mind and body during the Fall, so that you can avoid the fatigue, anxiety, and malaise. In our masterclass, we’ll look at these various ‘recipes’ for food, asana, routines, and mindsets to help you thrive this Fall.
What We’ll Do:
We’ll make a Vata balancing beverage and learn which foods and dietary routines will keep our immune systems strong as we enter the Fall. You’ll learn Ayurvedic routines to balance body and mind and do some reflective journaling to stay on track with your goals this Fall. We’ll finish with a yoga practice to ground your energy and rejuvenate your spirit this Fall.
You will walk away from this masterclass feeling soothed, nourished, grounded, and ready to have a great Fall.
