Digestion Under Stress: Heal Your Gut with Yoga and Ayurveda
If you experience bloating, cravings, irregular bowel movements, or acid reflux, you have a digestive system that’s under stress. A stressed digestive system causes fatigue and brain fog, creating more stress and an endless cycle of discomfort. In this masterclass, we’ll use yoga and Ayurveda to teach and practice how to bring your digestive system back into balance.
What We’ll Do:
We’ll begin with a vinyasa yoga practice to aid your digestion. You’ll learn which poses to do to help prevent or remedy bloating, constipation, acid reflux, and more. Then, we’ll explore how Ayurveda treats issues in the digestive system and what foods and simple routines will bring your digestion back into balance. You’ll walk away with a keen understanding of your body and a toolbox of easy and inexpensive ways to optimize your digestion and balance your energy.
